- Standard / Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, British Virgin Islands, and U.S. Outlying Islands.
- It normally takes 3-7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
- We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
- If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 60 days after your order was placed.
- Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.

- If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. Tensby DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.
